Our order processing days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed after our daily order cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is typically 3-5 business days.
Total estimated delivery time, including processing and transit, is usually 3-6 business days.
Shipping Days
We ship orders from Monday to Friday. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
If free shipping is offered, it will be shown on the product page or during checkout.
Delivery Area
We currently ship to addresses within the regions available at checkout. If your shipping address is not supported, you will not be able to complete checkout for that location.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your shipping method.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after the carrier receives the package.
Delivery Delays

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your neighbors, household members, building management, or local carrier office.
